Our office is conveniently located at Metacomet Office Park, a medical office complex less than 2 miles from downtown Providence and less than 1 mile from Route I-95. There is ample parking onsite and our office is handicap-accessible.

From 95 North or South

Take 195 East to Exit 1B - Riverside, keep right towards Riverside. Continue on Veterans Memorial Parkway for 0.9 miles. Metacomet Office Park is on your left. Proceed to Building #5.

From the East

Take 195 West to Exit 2 - East Providence, turn left onto Broadway. Continue on Broadway to Veterans Memorial Parkway. Turn right onto Veterans Memorial Parkway. Metacomet Office Park is on your right. Proceed to Building #5.
